With an MBA in Finance and over 10 years in the mutual fund industry, I worked on creating, analysing, and understanding financial products — seeing first-hand how wealth is structured and how money moves.
On paper, everything made sense.
But in real life, something didn't.
I kept seeing intelligent, hardworking women stay stuck — doing everything right, yet not moving forward financially.
That's when I realised: money is not just a financial game. It's a psychological one.
So I pursued an MA in Psychology — to understand what strategy alone couldn't explain. Today, my work sits at the intersection of money and behaviour.
